Small teams, big expertise

Our agency is comprised of senior-level designers and developers while keeping to a small but mighty mentality.

  • Close attention for you and your project
  • Deep WordPress knowledge
  • Process optimized through real, hands-on experience working with nonprofits – not theory and best-case scenarios
  • Expertise at every step
  • No details lost in handoffs
  • No junior staff learning on your project
  • No shiny-but-fragile solutions

Feminist values – no tech bros or jargon

We care about what it feels like to work with us as much as the quality of the end results.

  • Real collaboration rooted in genuine solidarity
  • Clear, open, and empathetic communication
  • Truly listening to hear and understand
  • Equity-driven design practices that prioritize accessibility, usability, performance, and security
  • Fostering a sense of inclusion and safety, making sure that not just the loudest voices in the room get heard
  • Calm, thoughtful, and data-driven decision-making
  • Expecting to learn as much from you as you do from us

Foundations that unite us and drive our work

We’re a queer-owned, feminist digital agency that knows just how powerful technology can be in the right hands. We choose to use this power for the greater good by partnering with those who are working towards equity, justice, and collective liberation. All while embodying genuine solidarity and fostering real human connection, we increase the impact of voices and initiatives fighting the good fight, online and beyond.

Equity-driven by default
Accessibility, usability, and inclusion shape every decision we make from kickoff to launch.

Collective over hierarchical
We work right alongside your team. We listen closely, making sure the quietest voices in your organization get heard. We expect to learn as much from you as you do from us.

Candid with a big heart
We’ll tell you if any ideas or requests go against your goals, your users, or your values. We care about serving your mission. Saying yes to everything is a disservice to you and the communities you serve.

Serious about the craft
We’ve been doing this for a long time and take it seriously. We know that our work has tangible consequences for the communities your organization serves. We sweat the details on accessibility, performance, and security because the people you serve deserve that level of care.

In it for the long haul
We care about what happens after launch. It should be easy for your team to use what we’ve built. And it should evolve along with your organization and continue to work for your community. We’re there if we can be helpful again down the road.

Hi there,

I’m Sasha Endoh, the founder and principal of Endoh Collaborative. I’ve spent most of my career doing this work because I believe you, the organizations fighting for a better world, deserve websites and brands that work as hard as you do. Not cookie-cutter or just good enough. But tailor-made for your mission and your community.

I’m a content strategist, UX/UI designer, and branding designer, and I lead all of our projects personally. You’ll work directly with me and our team of senior-level practitioners who are as invested in getting it right as I am. You’ll always know why we’re making the decisions we’re making, and you’ll get honest pushback when something isn’t in your best interest. You won’t be left with a beautiful site that nobody on your team knows how to use.

What we ask in return is that you show up engaged and willing to dig into the hard questions about your organization and your audience alongside us. If that sounds like the kind of partnership you’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.

Let’s work together

I was really impressed with the visual elegance and accessibility of Endoh’s previous work and knew the Broadbent Institute website was in need of a similar online presence — one that carefully balanced accessibility with innovation.
